These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”) provided by EdgeWave AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“EdgeWave AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store terms; for apps obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent it is not inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) generate or distribute content that is abusive, harassing, or illegal; (d) reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services, except as permitted by law; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
5. Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others; you are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it. Output is not professional (e.g., legal, medical, or financial) advice.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another stated payment provider and are subject to their payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and the EdgeWave AI name and logo, are owned by EdgeWave AI, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEWAVE AI, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeWave AI, LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
