Individual apps may provide additional, app-specific privacy information, such as in their App Store or Google Play listings; where that information is more specific, it supplements this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. For example, when you contact us by email, create an account, submit feedback, or enter content into an app (such as text or images you ask an AI feature to process).
- Information collected automatically. Limited technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and diagnostic and usage data, used to operate and improve the Services.
- Purchase information. If you make in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction but do not receive your full payment card details.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including AI-powered features you choose to use;
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- To process transactions and manage subscriptions;
- To monitor performance, fix bugs, and keep the Services secure and prevent abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising without your consent where consent is required by law.
3. AI features
Some Services use artificial intelligence. Content you submit to an AI feature may be processed by us or by trusted third-party AI service providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models where we can control that setting. AI output may be inaccurate, and you should review it before relying on it.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with service providers that host data, process payments, provide analytics or crash reporting, or provide AI processing, each under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
EdgeWave AI is based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
